Consent & Refund Policy

Consent

I hereby consent the company, Qobolak, and its contractors to apply and share my documents and communicate with any educational institution and sign any necessary documents on my behalf for admissions, visa process or any other documents that will allow me to enroll at the chosen educational institutions.
I further consent to the transfer of my personal data including the mentioned information to Qobolak for the purpose of assessing my educational opportunities and I acknowledge that Qobolak will be responsible for any further processing of details provided and transfer of personal data to countries outside of my home country.

 

Qobolak Policy

  1. Qobolak make sure that The Acceptance letter to be from an approved institution (Approved from SACM) when applying and we are not responsible for any changes happens after we apply, either from MOHE, SACB or SCAM.
  2. The student must provide official copies of the required documents and not original copies, and the office is not responsible in case of any loss or damage.
  3. Qobolak does not guarantee the acceptance of the student as the decision and the processing time is up to the institutions.
  4. Qobolak has the right to charge the student for any additional fees required for any additional services other than what is mentioned previously in this contract or any other fees required from the institutions.
  5. Application services include applying to no more than 5 universities only for the current academic year. Any request to defer an offer may require payment of additional fees, depending on the number of deferrals.

Refund Policy

  1. Any fees paid as Application fees are not refundable.
  2. In case the student canceled his inquiry after opening a file, opening file fees are not refundable. 
  3. Qobolak guarantees that the application process is fully correct and does not take any responsibility regarding the result of the student inquiry (Admission or rejection) or the time the process might take, cause that process might take longer than the anticipated time, and the student have the right to apply at more than one University at once if available. 
  4. The office fees is nonrefundable under any circumstances, and it is paid for the service provided (Applying at the specific institutions)
